Terms & Agreements
Design Transfers:
-We will send you an email or download link so you can retrieve all the needed files for the service(s) we have completed for you within 24 hours of completion.
Web Developments:
We host all of images, have all of the neccesary coding done and on display at one of our test pages for you to view and approve.
After we both agree on the development, we will post the coding into your website/myspace, check it for any bugs that might arise, and make sure that you're going to get the most out of our web services.
Payment:
-Before any services will be started on our behalf we require full payment or a deposit fee.
We will determine whether you need to provide us with a deposit fee or full payment upon discussing the project specifications.
-After the full payment, or deposit fee has been made we will carry out the design process in full and no refunds will be issued.
-Payment is accepted through Paypal, Credit Card, Certified Check, Money Order, or local checks / local cash exchange.
-Payments arranged through paypal will have an extra 2.9% fee added on to make up for standard paypal deductions.
Turnaround Time:
Turnaround time is based on a few factors:
-The amount of information / direction you give when you fill out our 'Client Questionnaire' will determine this greatly.
If you have a strong direction for what you want for the services we're completing we will work at a shorter turnaround time.
On the other hand if you give us a vague direction, turn around will be longer.
-Normal turnaround time is 5-12 business days for most services. Full web developments will be an exception and take longer, you will be notified of how long these will take upon discussing the project in detail.
Miscellaneous:
-All images, web developments, coding, and content on The Awaken Company web pages or client sites is rightfully the content of our company and paid clients.
We strictly prohibit the usage or duplication of it aside from our permission.
-The web coding provided by The Awaken Company to our clients is meant to only be used on the site we have completed for you, and not be duplicated for any other usage no matter what the circumstance.
-Any printed material (ie. shirts, album art, print material, etc. etc.) that we design for our clients we ask that you provide us with one copy of the printed product for our physical portfolio/showcase.
-After web developments have been completed and approved by both Awaken & our client the coding is not to be tampered with.
If a problem arises in the coding due to something being deleted/altered by someone outside of The Awaken Company we are not held liable to maintenance the problem without instituting an hourly rate.
